Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16 years old. She was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up her childhood career in gymnastics. Within a year she was able to earn her Pro Card at age 17. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was required to take the time off from stage work following the award of her Pro card to complete her college. After completing her college education Ariel returned to the stage in the year 2015. She continued where she left off in previous contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After her first show was a success, she continued to compete for a long time and establishing higher goals each year. At the close of 2009, she was awarded four additional fitness titles. Also, year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB in history. Ariel was able to take 6 years to finish her education following her Pro Card award. Then she returned in October 2015 with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. The show was a success and she came in third. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she was on stage at the Olympia, where she took sixth place in her Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations going in and was thrilled by the result. It's no surprise that she placed so well, considering the competition. Ariel continues to impress bringing the best version of her physique each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by an actual training. Ariel makes the best use of her limited time. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings for all her back exercises. This is usually three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
